What is Rylander Company's Return Policy?

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on opened products at this time.

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Used, opened /or final sale items cannot be returned.

If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.

Please contact us if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. US orders are shipped and arrive within 5-7 business days.

Above transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Rylander Company is not responsible for any delays.

 

What if my print arrives damaged?

We require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package in a timely manner. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim. travis@rylander.co
